THE (LOVE) STORY OF MYRTLE WILLOUGHBY AND WILLOUGH MYRTLEBY (AND THE NEIGHBORS)

by Cassandra Adair

A World Premiere about how we watch and how we love

NOMADS Theater | Fall 2010 | Columbia University

Myrtle has been sitting outside Willough’s window for seven years, waiting for Willough to realize that she is in love with her. While Willough vehemently and frequently protests that she will never be in love with the childish yet poetic Myrtle, their interactions unwind to reveal an entirely different (love) story beneath the home-baked surface.
